3.8 What actuator speed ranges are typical for bridge lifting?

RACO can provide optional variable speed control to its actuators.  Thus, a full speed can be used for most of the move and a slower speed can be employed to bring it to a stop.  Likewise, VFD soft start ramps (accel rates) and soft stops (decel rates) can further make the moves smooth and more precise .
