RACO SafeStop

The RACO pin stop device secures the elevator cabin of freight lifts in accordance with the DIN EN 81-50 against movements during loading and unloading.
Limiting the spring deflection when loading and unloading the cabin makes this possible driving on forklifts and industrial trucks.
The mounting device is based on the modular assembly system with tried and tested components. The centerpiece is the RACO electric actuator in size 2, which has been known for several times as a drive unit and attachment devices for freight elevators.
The base plate of the attachment device with the bolt guide, the sensors and the electric cylinder can be pre-assembled or individually one after the other under the car. Elongated holes with cutout for the screw head of the assembly. This also makes retrofitting work systems easy. The abutments for the bolt support in the elevator shaft can optionally be made to customer specifications, since they do not lead to the mounting device.
The mounting device solution via two position switches according to ISO 13849-1 which are manual can be set, and thus the end positions of the bolt can be reliably detected or the preset close limit stroke.
